After years of constant pelvic pain my prayers were answered when I met Dr Anisha Balanadu. She is a very knowledgeable therapist, takes her time to listen to you and explains patiently. She took the time to listen to all my problems and explained how my pelvic floor works. She not only explained every exercises but monitored it closely. Thank you!
