Union Community Health Center - (2021 Grand Concourse)

Great doctors, however the call system here is terrible. I keep calling just trying to obtain my own records, I keep getting transferred and I’m either transferred to a voice mail or I’m transferred to the beginning Auto message about choosing English or Spanish. What is going on? I work at a clinic so I know how bad it gets but at least provide another option like an email where people can request their own results! It’s literally impossible if you can’t come in because you work or other purposes.

I love coming here for my therapy. My therapist Rain is so wonderful. She is so understanding and the massage and excercise is very helpful that she provide. I came in with pain and now I’m feeling much better. Everyone is so helpful and courteous. I recommend this therapy clinic

I don't have a word to write but the therapist Rain in Spanish lluvia she's a very good therapist I'm very satisfied with her method to operate with my and the rest of patient I'm recommended to visit 2021i ❤️ 😍 and feel better for my section of therapy

Do not recommend this place. It’s impossible to get ahold of them, I tried calling the dental line over 30 times in a span of 3 business days and no answer. Left messages, no call back. I decided to do a walk in since it says online that they accept walk ins for extractions from 9am-2pm. I show up before opening at 8:30am, as the first person only to be told they don’t do wisdom extractions but to remain seated for a referral to st. Barnabas hospital. An hour+ goes by and I ask how long is the wait, front desk said because I’m a walk in I have to wait after appointments but it’s going to be a while so I should go to st. Barnabas. She could’ve told me this an hour ago and I would’ve been there. But no, instead they wanted to waste my time and come up on my insurance. I told her I wouldn’t h

This location is very filthy unprofessional.. extremely long wait time and the staff are very rude and disrespectful they talk about you thinking you don’t understand what they are saying. They stay on the phone discussing personal issues laughing joking around among themselves. The Clinc is extremely dirty. And horrible doctors a lot of drug activity going on in stairwell while guard is downstairs talking to people not job related.
