Highly recommend Unify PT. I started by attending some of their Community Events taking a mobility flow and getting some mini-recovery sessions with Dr.Peter, and most recently enjoyed an F45 Workout with the Unify team. I really love that the folks who run this healing clinic practice what they preach and are clearly invested in the wellness of the Community. Whit is awesome for yoga and mobility flows and incorporates lots of tools and options for everyone. Dr.Peter fixed my neck in 10 minutes and reminded me of what I needed to work on to keep my scalenes happy. Looking forward to exploring more of their services. I look forward to getting their updates and know they do the most for their patients.10/10

Patrick is wonderful. I’m a runner and used to be a triathlon goer. But now I’m a dad with my 3rd kid with very little core strength I called because I was having back pain when picking up my baby. Although I can still run 3 miles my nagging back pain affected my time with the family. This is more than PT. It’s the dream team of allied health. My pain is almost gone and there’s tightness that only a targeted trained routine will get my body back out of in balance, weakness, instability, and spasm. Most importantly it’s with the same person every time. No handing off to a PT assistant etc. My objective is to reduce the imbalance and become pain free and get more healthy than ever in my 50s instead of having bulging disks and in pain. I had such a great experience with Unify Physical Therapy! During my consult with Patrick, I gained so much insight into the biomechanics of my body and learned simple, effective stretches and exercises to help alleviate discomfort and rebuild strength in areas that needed attention. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that made perfect sense. The entire team is so enthusiastic and genuinely dedicated to helping their clients! Whitney and Kim are both incredibly encouraging and inviting to work with, which made the experience even better. I’ve been dealing with complications from an ankle fracture for about three years, and it affected my whole body and caused chronic pain. Patrick was my physical therapist, and he was the first one I ever made real progress with. He was always thoughtful with his questions and took the time to understand what I was experiencing. Patrick is an amazingly skilled professional, he takes his time, explains everything thoroughly, and always asks the right questions to really understand my experience and pinpoint the problem. Thanks to his care, I recovered from a running injury way more successfully than I ever imagined, and I feel so much stronger now. The entire Unify team is incredible.
