Let me start off by saying that I am an individual who appreciates high-quality professionalism; Because that is exactly what you will receive from Ms. Shae's Therapeutic Massage. I appreciate the environment and overall ambiance she provides for me. She discovered a very tense spot in my left shoulder that I wasn't aware of, but after the therapy, I felt great and more energetic all thanks to Shae. I also appreciate the fact that she is very knowledgeable in the science of her Therapy service and very able to elaborate the reasons behind the source of the pains. I am recommending her services to anyone who is in need of a professional touch conducive to a very relaxing experience.

EDIT: Shae reached out and confirmed she hasn’t used ClassPass in years and never accepted my appointment. She was super kind and apologetic. This is 100% a class pass issue. Leaving this review here so that others don’t try to book through them and lose their money too! Updating to five stars because I like supporting locals, but I did not receive any services here 😂 Unfortunately booked a service here through ClassPass and no one was here when I showed up. No one answered the phone or my texts, and ClassPass won’t refund me. Net $100 or so loss. Very displeased.

Shae is the only massage therapist I’ve found in Houston who goes above and beyond with working out knots and aches. Her massages pinpoint the CAUSE of the pain. Her customized technique is rare and a style I've never had before. She’s the only person who’s managed to get rid of my constant back aches after years of living with them & I highly recommend her, she is very knowledgeable! I will definetly return.

BEWARE! Not professional! I purchased a Groupon and made my appointment without issues (at first). She had me send her a picture of my voucher before making my appointment (strange, but I did it). Then I filled out this long thing on my medical history/needs. A few hours before my appointment, she text me saying she had to cancel because of the weather…it was going to rain. I tried to reschedule FOUR times without her responding at all. I’m having issues getting a refund with Groupon before the voucher has been “viewed”. If you don’t want to accept Groupons, get off their website!!!! Such a waste of my time and money!
