Undeniable Healthcare

I came this morning for my appointment at 9:40 10 minutes early. I gave them my ID and insurance, and they said they would call me up to check in “in a few minutes”. An hour goes by and they still haven’t called me up to check in. I inquire, and they tell me that they sent me an email to check in. I still have not received this email. The young black woman was very nice and polite but the other two women were not very welcoming. As I was ugly crying, because I’m positive I have the flu (and they were out of tissues), I tell them I’m leaving and was responded to with a snarky comment, not an apology. I understand computer troubles, but I think they should’ve let me know that I would be waiting over an hour to check in. I will most definitely not be returning.

(Owner’s response to this review is a lie, see “update” below) I’ve come here twice now, and have yet to be seen. Today I made an appointment online ahead of time and when I showed up for my appointment I was told there was no provider there today. When I asked why they were accepting appointments with no provider there, the receptionist was very rude and said she was doing billing. The 1st time I came here as a walk-in, during regular business hours, and it was closed and doors locked, when I called they said they were out for training but had no indication online or at the door. This place is clearly very poorly run (I work in healthcare) and I will never trust myself or my kids health with this place in the future. *** UPDATE: the response posted by whoever says they were the “provider”

Set up an appointment in their online portal, very easy. However, when I arrived I was informed that they did not have a live provider available today and my visit would be a virtual one, "but we can still do most of the tests needed". That's something that needs to be advertised when appointments are made. I've received text and email reminders for my appointment but not the fact that there would not be a live provider.

Scheduling was fantastic I was able to come in 20 minutes earlier which I appreciated the availability. Staff was so friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to accommodate me. My care was easy and not rushed which I truly appreciated. I’m not a fan of the virtual however Dr.Ty was attentive and listened to my needs and issues. ❤️Thank you to those who served me. 12/18/2024 120 pm

First time visit- & was a great experience. All of the staff showed kindness & caring. Took their time with me, while doing a thorough job. I was also taken back to the exam room, immediately after filling out paperwork. The doctor was also in the room with me within a couple of minutes! This will definitely be our urgent care “go-to” from now on.
