I was accepted as a patient and they did what I asked. I was very disappointed towards the end and the service felt rushed. Didn't spend a lot of time with the "doctor". I was there to get my hand check out due to a fall on 02.02.26, I had on the ice cause I thought I may have broken it, only to find out later after reading the report online that I had mild osteoarthritis which was never discussed or explained to me. Why is that? Regardless, I would have had more questions for the doctor if I had know. I would have liked to have discuss the issues with a doctor. Its not like I can just walk up to the window and tell her to come back out. It was also at closing time so they want to go home, I get it. But I'm a paying customer, shouldn't I be important enough to talk to! Didn't fell like it.

I had to have a pulmonary function test done at this hospital when I registered i was not asked for a copay so I figured I had none. 2 months later a get 300 bill for a copay. I had no idea I had a copay, why did the woman who registered me ask for my copay as that is the first thing they ask for. if she has asked I would have not done this test I would have canceled and went home. It was my worst nightmare to contact the financial department they are the most heartless and cold people I have had my misfortune to deal with. I do not have 300 dollars to pay these people. I get a letter my financial application was denied with no reason. I called and I was told because I did not send needed documents. Just took my daughter to this place and they refused to see her The lady at the front desk is very snobby and unprofessional. She needs to be fired they need to have a new receptionist. She tried to say that they could not see her just because she just has surgery over a week ago and we're here for a broken ankle. And her doctor Dr Virginia Casey and Charlotte told us to bring her to a urgent care that any urgent care could see her and do x-rays and double check on things with her ankle because she should be able to walk by now. And this place is I absolutely refused to see her and wanted to sit there and argue and she was very rude hateful and unprofessional. And I hope that whoever runs that office will see this Y'all need to please fire her and hire somebody that's more professional and
On 07-13-2025 I arrived at UNC Health Urgent Care at 9:00 am. One couple was already at the door. There were several others arrive after me and got in line. After waiting about 10 minutes and they did not open or come to the door the lady behind me called and found out their checkin person had not arrived. Several minutes later someone came to the door and recommended we go to other locations. They should have had a sign on the door stating they were short staffed and did not know when they would be opening instead of having people standing in line waiting and someone actually having to call them to find out what was going on. Definitely not professional. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.
