Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Morganton - NC

I took my 2 year old here for the first time and this will be where we go for urgent care from now on. It was so easy to book an appointment online. We did not have to wait long to go back and the receptionist was very nice. Jennifer and her nurse helping her that took us ba were both so friendly and caring and made my daughter comfortable with them. They actively listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure we left there taken care of. Its hard to come by doctors that truly care for their patients it seems like but Jennifer definitely showed there are still some that do! We greatly appreciate everyone in this office! Highly recommended!

My husband went here a few months ago and was very impressed! I had to go yesterday 2/24, because of a bad tooth and the dentist couldn't get me in and needed relief quick. They were super sweet! Nurse Ruth was wonderful and Dr. Jennifer was amazing and they both listened to my concerns!! In and out in under 30 minutes! Totally recommend!! Much, much better than the other urgent care in town!!

Great experience! From the time we walked in we were treated great. Staff was great. Nurse was great. Doctor was exceptionally great. She was very thorough in her exam. Very knowledgeable and helped me with my problem. I’ll definitely be using them again if I need a faster appointment and a very good practice to go to.

Wonderful care and caring staff. We made an online appointment and were promptly seen and they stayed after closing to ensure my daughter was thoroughly taken care of. They were prompt, kind, and caring. Everything you would want in a time of sickness.

Professional staff and clean modern facility. Reception nurse was very friendly and took time to explain deductible process. Dr. Cook was very thorough and took time to explain the RX. Although they were 30 minutes late for a scheduled morning appointment, likely short staffed since it was the day after Christmas. Go as early in am as possible. There were only 2 people waiting when I arrived at 9.15am but there were at least 10 waiting when I left an hour later. Would definitely return in the future if urgent care is needed.
