UNC Children's Urgent Care at Raleigh

Visited this children’s urgent care for the first time today(Sunday) and was very impressed with the care we received. The wait was not long(1pm), the entire staff was friendly and Dr. Amy Levine was fantastic. She was very nice to my child, thorough in her exam and with explaining the diagnosis, xray and after care. Very impressed with this practice and would recommend them. Dr. Levine was friendly, professional and has excellent rapport with children. You don’t see many physicians with this kind of care these days.

everytime i bring my Grandkids to this urgent care they swear its a regular virus. She test positive for nothing bt has been coughing 3 weeks. Thats not normal. I wish they would actually do their job. for now on I will take her to her to her PCP.

What can I say? It's refreshing to meet people who care. These women took care of my daughter as if she were one of their own. I'm so grateful for everything you did for my baby. Thank you for calling to check on us.

I cannot say enough great things about UNC Children’s Urgent Care. I took my daughter in after she suffered a dog bite, and from the moment we walked in, the entire team—from the PA to the nurse, tech, and doctor—was absolutely amazing. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, so kind and gentle with my daughter during what could have been a very scary experience. They explained everything clearly, treated her with such compassion, and made both of us feel completely at ease. I’m beyond grateful for the care we received and would recommend them to any parent in a heartbeat.

It really is a wonderful place. The nurses are very caring and lovely, and the doctors are excellent; they have always been kind and very friendly. They are excellent at their job and do so much more than at any other place. Thank you.
