UMC Emergency Room

Everyone I encountered at the UMC emergency room was absolutely wonderful. They were all so friendly, professional, and seemed truly interested in helping my mom get better. I had great confidence that she was in good hands.

A great place to go when your in need of some emergency care. And the nurses and doctors really go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible

I had the worse experience here. I was transferred here from another hospital for a gsw. They left me in a er room for hrs without barely checking on me. Transfered me to a different room and still rarely checked up on me. Didn't treat my gsw so I laid there for around 12hrs just bleeding on the stretcher. Finally transfered me to a room where they put a bandage on it and while I was there for 5 days never checked the the gsw and didn't change the bandages. I would never come back to this place again.

Horrible experience drove 4 hrs to see my grandma with my mom I’m 13 and the paper no kids under 10 I’m 13 and we were told we could stay the night and security was saying no with head approval. So we had to sit in a parking garage for all night.

Worse ER ever! Ppl been waiting over 10 hrs. I been here 6. Lady done fell down the stairs trying to find a bathroom. They took her fast now! Nobody gives a damn.
