Relative was admitted to med. unit 72 hrs ago. ER was fabulous. Nursing care on floor is exceptional, attentive and caring. The MD on the floor seems knowledgeable and on top of things. No complaints from me. I vastly prefer this to the Worcester hospitals, in fact I actively avoid the UMass facilities in Worcester.

Had to be seen here while on vacation. Could not ask for a better experience. Everyone was kind caring and helpful. I went during shift change so I had a lot of people care for me. I'm thankful for everyone I saw but especially the very first RN. I was having anxiety and he obviously could tell. He was saying things to calm my anxiety while another person took care of something I needed done. I wish I could remember his name so I could say it here and let the hospital know what a great job he did. Thank you for noticing, caring and helping me! I was in and out in no time, feeling a lot better, and able to enjoy the rest of our vacation 🙂

Very impressed with the rapid and professional treatment I received here. From the moment I walked in and registered to the friendly and warm greeting from the Nurses. Within 10 minutes I was in a bed, a baseline ECG performed, and labs drawn. And an ER Doc with a fabulous bedside manner. Thank you to both Nurses named Elizabeth and to Dr. Mac? Not sure his name, but he deserves recognition for sure. (12/1- Monday night)

An inundated ER and I was still provided with wonderful care once I was triaged; the medical team from the ED provided me with comfort and I saw them work tirelessly and with compassion the entire day and into the night. A small hospital with 8 beds and I almost started to feel like family; the team from the ED greeted me warmly, whether we interacted for a brief moment or they were providing more direct care, they were kind and patient with someone who is very phobic of hospitals, blood and the like! (Only one not so pleasant encounter, but that was only a bad moment for someone and not indicative of the care everyone is working so hard to provide in a small and bustling hospital.) This has been one of the worst hospital experiences I have ever had, I am writing this review WHILE I am still here WAITING and that says a lot. I have been sitting here for over HOURS with no nurse and no doctor checking in on me. No updates. No explanations. No sense of urgency. Nothing. The wait time is beyond ridiculous it is negligent and shows a complete lack of care for patients who are literally trusting this place with their health. At this point, it genuinely feels like patients are forgotten the second they are placed in a room. Especially the treatment from Susan the old lady, she was super rude to me and my mom. The only person who came to check my vitals was a student, and it was painfully obvious she had no idea what she was doing and was completely unsupervised, which is
