Our doctor is wonderful but the reception staff and general office organization are not. Wait time can be excessive even if you are early for your appointment. For one appointment they didn't mention that my child's regular doctor wouldn't be there - we had to see another doctor for a well baby visit at which we had a lot of questions and were approaching many transitions. This doctor was not familiar with our child's history and just clarifying background information took a lot of time - she was in a rush by the time we got to our actual concerns. The after hours answering system is also clumsy and inconvenient to use - you can't even leave a message for the pediatrics office. "After hours" includes their very long lunch period and they don't start answering phones until 9am (even though
