Ultra Health Urgent Care

I have been a patient of Dr.rowell and will continue to be . The company that owns this office has no idea how to run a business. They let go the best nurse that held the place together. I have been fighting for an appeal for my medication for 3 months and still haven't gotten it solved . I have talked to the office manager and that did nothing. They have billing all messed up as well. If they cared about patients they would let the nurse that was holding the place together come back as this had never been like this before , but now its falling apart. This review has nothing to do with dr.rowell she is wonderful!!

Went in last week. Fast, friendly, caring service. Listened to me, and assisted. A great experience and little wait!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Screaming sick toddler and they were more worried about a damn physical insurance card than helping. Would not recommend!

I have visited this urgent care twice in the last 2 months and have had great experiences both times. Everyone was friendly, caring, and quick. I was in and out in less than an hour with prescriptions sent to the pharmacy immediately. Highly recommend! So glad we have this gem in our town!!

They don’t do stiches! Which is considered urgent! Don’t waste your time or money going. Doctors who can’t do stiches, no need for service!
