Well after the visit I had yesterday I will not be returning to this location and maybe not even deal with the company at this point. I went in real quick just to get some cologne. Ended up getting some other things as well. I get to the counter and the employee acted as if she had an attitude with me. I was trying to let her know that one of the items behind the counter was mine to purchase but she rudely cut me off. I caught myself not to snap back. Even my 10yr old said mommy she wasn’t very nice, as we walked out. The other nice young lady next to her at the counter thanked us and said she hopes we have a good day. I have to say my hairstylist Tia is amazing. I have been going to Tia for a little over a year and no matter what I come up with for my hair, she always wants to be the best partner in my beauty journey. She always works with me to ensure it works just right for me. I love that Tia is so friendly, confident, and willing to work with me to achieve the look that I’m wanting. Tia has always been open and honest and if a mistake happens, she is right there to fix it. I have watched Tia interact with other customers, and she is consistently friendly and willing to assist whenever she is needed. I recommend Tia to everyone that wants to go to the Ulta salon in Beavercreek. Thank you Tia for being amazing.

Dear Management, I am writing to express several concerns regarding an employee at your salon named Mason. I believe these issues reflect poorly on the overall customer experience and should be reviewed by management. During multiple visits, I observed unprofessional behavior and inconsistent service quality. When I attempted to schedule my daughter with another stylist, Mason initially told us the stylist was booked until February. However, after I insisted, appointments suddenly became available within the same week and the following week. This gave the impression of withholding appointment times or attempting to redirect clients, which was very concerning. I have also witnessed instances where Mason appeared unsure of proper procedures and frequently asked other stylists for guidance

Do not get your hair cut here at least if you have curly hair like in my case they completely botched my hair😭 I had a new guy do it but his hands were shaking the whole time and it took him 3 hours. First postpartum haircut after not feeling like myself and I went home feeling even worse… I called back in (granted it was a few months after) to see if they could just blend it better and I wasn’t even offered a discount☹️ . Yes I can pay the full amount but why would I when the first cut was so badly done 😳 anyways I will be going somewhere else really disappointed for my first mommy outing.

Trevor from store was fantastic! Very helpful and knowledgeable about everything we asked him. Very patient and was able to assist multiple customers without any issues. He definitely deserves a huge promotion. He's a star for sure. You have a talented associate working for you! Thank you Trevor!
