UK HealthCare Georgetown

I have had them as a primary care for 7 years and I have never left disappointed.

This has been my primary care provider since I came to Georgetown. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Feels like they genuinely care about me and want to be helpful. The providers build a relationship and I don't feel like just another patient. Lab on site have always been gentle with time for a chuckle. Thank you all

Needed a new PCP and my neighbor recommended a doctor at this facility. ALL of the staff are amazing and super helpful. Front desk is super efficient and helpful. Waiting room is nice and roomy with plenty of space for those waiting to spread out. Nurses and physicians were kind and thorough. We didn't feel rushed. On site lab for blood and other tests. Great at returning phone calls.

My husband and I have been with this office for over 3 years with good caring service. Recently I have been experiencing some medical issues that have caused me great concern. My concerns are discussed via the Nurse practitioner who plays middle man in the conversations which is no help in helping me resolve these issues that impacting my life and employment at the university hospital. The wait for an appointment is 2 months away with no concern for my well being in the mean time. Totally disgusted with the disregard for my Health and mental health of this situation. This is not how healthcare was meant to be nor does it follow the mission statement of UK.

Very friendly and knowledgeable doctors / staff. I've seen Dr. Burgess and Dr. Hufnagel; both have always seemed very attentive and interested in their patients health. Scheduling is always a breeze; everyone in reception has been nice and good at their jobs. I usually only go in for regular checkups and prescription refills but I feel like if I ever had a real health concern then they'd make the right recommendations.
