Bluegrass Smiles Dentistry is outstanding. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and very thorough. From scheduling to the actual appointment, everything was efficient and well-organized. They take the time to explain what they’re doing and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

I consulted with this office for a tooth that needed a root canal and a crown. The dentist convinced me he could probably fix the problem with just a filling to avoid the root canal. I was very hesitant as I had already been told by a specialist that I would need a root canal if the problem persisted but he seemed convinced it would work so I agreed . When drilling for the filling he did not properly numb my mouth, causing extreme pain during the procedure. He had to stop and add more numbing to complete the filling. After having the filling I had pain whenever I tried to eat on that side as well as sporadic pain for no apparent reason. When I received the bill for the work they did they also overcharged me by over $100 and I had to have them adjust the bill over the phone. I would neve

My experience at Bluegrass Smiles was outstanding! Dr.Kreutz and his staff really care about their patients. My Hygienist Arnetta , took her time while cleaning my teeth and explained everything that I needed to focus on. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office .

Super friendly and very professional

Dr. Kreutz is my favorite Dentist since moving to Georgetown 25 years ago. He recently repaired/replaced a filling that had been giving me trouble for about two years. I was hesitant in getting the filling replaced because I feared that the gum irritation would still be there after the procedure. Dr. Kreutz carefully evaluated my situation and was able solve my problem. I no longer have to use picks and flossers to remove food after meals. The gum irritation is completely gone. His office in Downtown Georgetown is immaculate and beautifully designed. It is a very nice change from any doctor offices I have been to since I was a child.
