I have gone to other urgent cares in the past but I would like to say that this visit was exceptional. I slipped and injured myself which caused a laceration. I couldn’t make up my mind on what decision to make regarding my injury. The doctor & staff gave me great advice. They showed concern & took great care of me. The whole staff was swift in their duties & very professional. Thank you guys for getting me in and out. 👍🏾 This will be my urgent care from here on out.

I wanted to take a moment to share the amazing experience my 7-year-old son and I had at this urgent care after he got a fishing hook stuck in his thumb. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like VIPs. Jason, one of the X-ray techs (and also a fisherman!), went out of his way to comfort my son and ease his fears. He made such an impression that when it was time to remove the hook, my son specifically asked for “the fisherman” to do it. Sonia, his nurse, made him feel incredibly special—so much so that he later said, “My nurse was so nice, right? She gave me cookies and a drink!” Ashley, his triage nurse, was patient and kind while taking his blood pressure, even though he was scared at first. And Dr. Rouhit truly saved the day. Wonderful urgent care. Very little wait, very friendly nurse and doctor. I was seen fast and they gave me medication- very knowledgeable- I felt better the next day! On site electronic pharmacy machine so didn’t have to wait at pharmacy! Highly recommend. Very inexpensive too!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The receptionist was extremely rude and spoke to me in an aggressive manner from the moment I walked in. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and by 8:30 a.m. they were nowhere near ready to see me. I ended up having to leave and am now waiting for my refund. If you are not able to honor appointment times, then you should not be offering appointments. I expected much better from UHealth Jackson. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
