We had a wonderful experience at Jackson South Urgent Care. I took my son there for his sports physical on 01/06/26, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism. The front desk representative was extremely helpful, and the nursing staff and physician were welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. We were seen promptly and in and out in a very timely manner. The overall staff experience and short wait time truly left a great impression on us.& I love the fact that I was able to leave with my son’s EKG results. No waiting! Love ❤️ The front desk representative was even nice enough to email me a copy of my receipt. Amazing services.

We had a great experience when I took my 6-year-old in for an ear infection. No wait, very quick to be seen, and Dr. Emilio Gonzalez and the nurse took the time to explain everything. We were in and out within thirty minutes.

A gem of an Urgent care! Great care from Nurse Kim. Evident diagnostic expertise from Dr Gutierrez Gala as he diagnosed my eye swelling immediately and knew the exact cause and treatment! Thank you sooo much for sering me today. Highly recommend.

I received excellent care from Kim, Larisa, Ricky, and Tomas Garcia MD. From the time I arrived they showed compassion.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service here. The online check-in showed a wait time of under five minutes, but when I arrived and with an appointment, the front desk staff couldn’t give me any estimate, whether it would be 15 minutes or over an hour. The front desk was unfriendly and not welcoming at all. Meanwhile, I could hear several staff members laughing in the back while new patients were left waiting without any assistance. Not the experience you expect from a UHealth urgent care.
