My first time experience to your urgent Care Saturday was a good experience. Staff there was really pleasant. From the front desk at check in until the staff that checked me out. Everyone was very concerned. Thank you for your service. Will recommend Cutler Bay Urgent Care to Family and Friends. Very nice staff and a very clean building. Also the lobby is decorated for the holidays look very good.

First time using Baptist Health Urgent Care and I was not disappointed! The front desk was very polite and helpful and my son was seen quickly. All of the nursing staff and doctors were very friendly and knowledgeable and we were in and out fairly quick. Definitely recommend this Urgent Care

I came into the center at Cutler Bay with a sprain ankle just barely an hour before closing time. Wait time was less than ten minutes. Everyone was kind helpful and in no rush. I had several X-rays taken right there at the center which is very convenient. Just a 20 minute wait for results. I was very impressed with the service and the cleanliness of the center. They are a new center in this area. Would definitely recommend and hope they never change.

I’m am truly grateful for the Baptist urgent care. They are always very pleasant from the the reception desk to the nurses and the doctor. I am always treated respectfully and with care. I’ve been several times throughout the year., and I’m always in and out within the hour to an hour And fifteen minutes. Thank you so much.
