UH Occupational Health – Chardon

Front desk staff & assistants/nurses were all great and very nice. On the other hand my doctor at the time Dr Hayek made me feel dismissed with every concern as well as I left the office multiple times in tears after feeling extremely dismissed , and almost gaslight. Every visit felt like he was just trying to hurry up and close my workers comp case instead of actually helping me.After more than a few times I left and went to the mentor location were I have a doctor who takes me concerns seriously and now have a proper diagnosis. Again very nice other staff in general but don’t really recommend the doctor . Seriously horrible bedside manner for the doctor though. But highly recommend the mentor location, they seem to care a little more about the actual patient and not about just closing s

I came up today to see Dr H. He already had my paperwork done before he seen me. I told him I’m still in pain. He said no your fine it’s healed. I said I know it’s healed but I’m still in pain. So he says your fine, and just walked me out then told me just work like normal. They don’t care about their patients, just a check from your insurance company. I’ll for sure be reporting this to management and my insurance. As well as seeking a second opinion.
