Absolutely wonderful and kind front desk. The assistants and gentle, attentive and friendly. Dr. Mandana is so sweet, compassionate and a pleasure to work with. They all have made my daughter's orthodontist journey great.

I went to this orthodontist expecting a thoughtful and personalized consultation, but instead got a rushed five-minute glance and an $8,000 quote. No X-rays, no detailed measurements, no thorough explanation of what the treatment would involve — just a blanket timeline of 18 months and a very high price tag. For comparison, another board-certified orthodontist spent time carefully measuring and evaluating my teeth, and offered a clear, customized plan for only $2,700 and a 6-month treatment timeline. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of attention at this price point. I would strongly encourage others to get a second (or third) opinion before committing here — especially if your case is mild or cosmetic. Over priced!!! Let’s start there!! My child came here I’m unsure what codes they put in my my insurance wouldn’t take it I called the insurance place and they told me they put the wrong code in, took my kid to a new spot and the took him with no problem. They act as if they are good but they won’t work with you if you are struggling to pay. I just need a few more days until my pay check and they said no and canceled my whole appointment just RUDE they add on procedure without telling so there is the money going up again

Very Horrible experience. Took my son for braces for his first appointment they only put braces on the top of teeth. We only went to one appointment. After realizing the bill was $5700+ I called my dentist friend at Home Of The Perfect Smile in Shaker Heights off Warrensville & Chagrin where Doc Malcom Walter’s agreed to do my son braces for $3500 cash deal but if I did a payment plan it would have been $4000 still considerably cheaper then this place. I canceled with this place a month ago and they still trying to charge me. I will be taking them to court for bully and trying to pull a money grab. I will upload my receipt from new Dentist who very nice and professional way better than this place. Also after the very first appointment I called Mandana office and I told them I want to cance

My daughter loves it here! I really appreciate the friendly environment. Dr.Mandana helps us both understand each step of my daughter's process. I really feel my daughter is getting excellent care and will have a beautiful smile that will last a lifetime!
