What a wonderful facility and staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful and patient first. The pharmacy on sight is a huge bonus also with amazing staff. I could not be happier with my 2 visits and the referrals they gave me to get healed up

Disgusting display of incompetence matched only by the lack of concern for the patients they serve. Do not list yourself at an Urgent Care center if you A. Cannot open your doors on time. B. Treat your patients with compassion and a sense of urgency in their time of need.

I was very surprised that people that were so polite and courteous, could be so neglectful in getting the job done. My wife, daughter and myself made appointments for June 12th. Our appointment times were 11, 1, and 2 pm. We showed up at 1043 am, did our paperwork early and waited until 106pm. WE STILL WERE NEVER SEEN. Noone told us why, no one even thought to communicate with us to explain the 2 hour delay and when we explained that we were not happy about it, they just put us in their Mychart, as walking out without treatment. We reported this to our insurance carrier and we will NEVER return.

I had one appointment and waited more than two hours. I had a second appointment and was told that the wait would be an hour, Who knows how long it would actually be. I left and will go elsewhere.

I recently established care with Martha Henderson. She was super kind, spent time with me to understand my medical history, and helped answer my Qs. Great experience so far as a new patient!
