I take my time and think over before I post. I know that a lot of people will look at the review, so I want it to be as accurate as possible! If you are looking for a friendly, professional and knowledgeable person doctor Juan Carlos Fuentes is the right choice! Since I met him over two years ago my overall health has changed! Highly recommend Dr. Fuentes as a primary care physycian Hee's been my primary care Doctor for five years now and I've stayed with him because he takes the time to review your chart before he comes in, is familar with your medical history and ensures that he is aware of what other specialists are doing. Also a very personable Doctor , and does nto rush you through like its an assembly line. AOf course this is all icing on the cake, at the core his a very competent and skilled and experienced physycian

I was an new patient and since there was no Dr, saw the physicians assistant Sharon Brown. My interactions with PA Brown were very good. She was thorough and polite. Unfortunately, the operations of this office are horrible. No one ever answers the phone, and typically calls are not returned same day, if at all. In order to do the diagnostic mammogram that was requested by Brown, they apparently needed my records from previous breast center, but no one asked for them so I had to return after two weeks of waiting to get a call back. After signing the request for records, then waiting two more weeks, I called the breast center myself. They never received the request for records from this office! Not sure if the office is just understaffed so nothing is done in a timely manner. My interaction

You got 5 stars for Imhoff but I’m changing it to 3 because of Sharon Brown (who I would give a 1). I am disappointed to leave this practice after years of excellent care. I love the nurses and the facility, but no provider has ever made me SO ANGRY in my entire life. She gave guidance that was extremely uncalled for given the patient’s history, and then when that was brought to her attention, she doubled down on it. Imhoff was a one in a million provider who knew everything about us and prioritized giving us comprehensive care-physical and mental health history were both taken into account. Either she didn’t take the time to read the chart (a problem) or she is so incredibly misinformed about his diagnosis (also a problem) that she should not be treating this patient. I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by the receptionist, Tricia Petrisko. I called the office to follow up on a referral from my PCP, only to be met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of professionalism. Tricia spoke over me, didn’t listen to my concerns, and questioned why I was calling two months later—as if I was being unreasonable for following up on my own healthcare. She demanded that I call the referral source myself, who then confirmed they never even received a referral from this office. When I called back, I spoke with a much kinder staff member, but when I was transferred back to Tricia, I was placed on speakerphone without being asked—making me feel mocked and disrespected.
