Mrs. Gomez is a phenomenal provider and seems to truly care about her patients and their wellbeing which means so much to me as a first time mom. We brought our baby girl here as a newborn and now 3 months later, have had nothing but positive experiences with Mrs. Gomez and the medical staff. She is responsive to MyChart messages and has even squeezed us in for a same day appointment when our baby caught a virus. Ashanti is one of the MAs who is also phenomenal. She is so personable and you can tell she loves working with babies and children! We love when she is our MA! I strongly recommend this office to anyone searching for a pediatrician.

I have only had great experience with this office. We have seen Dr Sinder and Mrs. Gomez. They are always so attentive and any concerns sent through my chart are always addressed. We have gone to other pediatrician offices and they were unmatched to this office!

Very surprised to see any negative reviews for this office. We have seen both Dr. Sinder and Ms. Gomez and a brand new doctor most recently. They have all been lovely and extremely attentive with follow up when we have reached out through the portal with questions.

I loved Mrs. Gomez and nurse Kelsey. I did not like Dr. Sinder at all and the front desk lady was not helpful nor well trained on communicating important information. On the first appointment we discussed vaccines and that my daughter needed a hip ultrasound. When we denied vaccines his whole demeanor changed he started to act very rushed and kept interrupting me when I would talk and didn't let me finish answering his questions. We had issues with health insurance and told the office we would be self pay so when it came to set the ultrasound appointment it became a nightmare a whole month going back and forth for them to tell me they can't give me a price on the ultrasound. And every time I called to follow up on the situation and before even addressing my concern he would go straigh to

I have been exceptionally happy with this office since my children started their care with this office over a year ago. The office is always accommodating whenever I call needing a problem visit. The staff is always polite and always show concern. Dr. Hipp is amazing and never makes me feel rushed. I feel she really takes the time to hear my concerns. Her skills as a physician are top of the line. She was even able to diagnose my son when he became really ill and the ER couldn't. The office manager, Nicole, is easy to reach and easy to communicate with. She is very helpful. Since moving to Jax in 2016 we had been through two other pediatrician offices until we found this one! I'm glad we found them!
