UF Health Pediatric Multispecialty Center - Prudential Drive

We’ve seen two pediatric nephrologists, both were great. Their PA was great. Every receptionist I’ve engaged with has been friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

The dr was great the receptionist was not friendly at all. She acted like she didn't want to be there nor had the customer service mindset of being there for the patients and families. Not to mention she sign the hipaa forms before giving them to me. (Huge red flag especially when working with PHI) also they never gave me any information on how to create my sons account with him.

PLEASE PLEASE do not go to this practice. This is the most dishonest billing I have ever seen in all my life. They even sent me to collections for a bill that was still being resolved with insurance. When we made an initial consultation, we were told it would be with Dr. Trapane. Instead, we were scheduled with a Nurse Practioner and a Dietician (who was completely unnecessary). The meeting was in no way helpful as they talked most of the time and it was nothing we hadn’t heard before. The appointment lasted for 60 minutes. We have a time stamp on our phones of having taken pictures of our son before and after the appointment proving this. The staff is very friendly. It does seem hard to get people to return calls or messages. I usually go in person if I have to communicate with some one because the wait time can be more than a week for people to return a message.

My son saw Dr Trapane two times and I can say she's a great doctor.
