I am so excited about my replacement spinal cord stimulator. It is working with a lot of success. I spent years in chronic pain. I have had 9 total back surgeries in my lifetime and Dr Bender and his team did an exceptional job in helping me achieve pain relief when he replaced my old stimulator. Finally! They are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable about everything I wanted and needed to know about my surgery and after care. I highly recommend! I did not think I would ever be able to have this level of quality of life. I am now able to work and live with almost zero pain. Still recovering just under 2 months out and I am already feeling so much better. Thank you Amanda Raymond

Dr Ian Tafel. Great doc. Great staff - they treat you like a customer. Very caring and equally curious about figuring out what is wrong with me. He is pragmatic. He cares. Dr Tafel and his staff are top shelf. I recommend him without reservation

Over the past 15 yrs I have been treated for spinal injury/deterioration by nearly a dozen various specialist from Seattle to New York and now Daytona Beach, FL. That said, Dr. Mark Bender has proven to be the most effective & personally compassionate MD_Pain Specialist that I have ever met. Furthermore, from "walking through the front door, every single staff person has been NOT "just good", but exceptional, each step of the way. And none of the insurance compliance and the scheduling tasks & myriad other details that they are responsible for are getting one bit simpler much less any more "enjoyable!" Yet, I leave there feeling better, and/or "uplifted" in one way or another! That said, given that "the world at large" seems to be in a relative state of chaos I am compelled to writ

I just herniated 4 discs. Had an appt yesterday, $385. I came in agony hoping to leave with less pain. Was told they do an injection, it costs $1500-2k. Out of pure desperation and pain i said fine, lets do it. Oh we cant do it today, maybe in 7 or 9 days(next wed or fri). What? Im with THE Dr, i passed 3 surgical suites in the hallway and a whole staff. Why did I even come if you cant do anything!? So could I have some pain meds until the procedure, im in agony, i cant even sit down. Um no we dont do pain meds. WHAT?? I didnt need to pay $385 to be told that. Reception couldve told me for free and i wouldve gone elsewhere.

Been going here for two years, but my last visit I left frustrated, hurt, and upset. There was no way that I deserved to be talked to or treated the way I was. I felt totally disrespected. Tried calling many numbers to talk to someone about my experience and got dead ends and NO calls back. Evidently they don’t want to be bothered with your bad experiences.
