My best friend of 35 years is being treated currently there. The staff is great, the food is decent. They have been taking good care of my friend. However, communication is definitely something to be desired... Otherwise I would have given them five

I was getting treated here and was a patient. The nurses were alright and the room was clean and good. I had this one nurse named Peyton and she was extremely the best and took care of me and my wife. She was professional and made sure we had everything we needed. She was happy and took great care of us. We are grateful and I had a wonderful experience here thanks to her.

Took my wife to the emergency side for upper chest pain we were in the main waiting room for over 3 hours before we got called back. Once we got back there we saw the nurse and doctor that want good but than we waited almost another 3 hours with no medication or fluids and no other test being performed. Every unhappy of the performance.

Will never come here again. I had multiple seizures while being in the hospital and in admitting. The nurses are immature and they laugh at the situation. They do not tell the Drs the reason why you actually came in. I confronted the nurse in front of the Dr and asked her why she lied. I asked to be cleared and they wouldn't clear me. Actually had to have my atty come up and lay it down to have me transferred to memorial. When I got to memorial my seizures were back and I had to be induced into coma. Shands failed to do an MRI or a CT scan memorial did. They saved me

My experience was through emergency. The 3 plus hours I was there was mainly for blood tests to confirm my condition. I was taken off monitors so I could use the bathroom. My only observation is I wasn't hooked back up. Might have been my mistake by not ringing them. On a lot of these reviews I see them suggest contacting Patient Relations. I don't find that an adequate response. It needs to be the other way around, with a resolution noted on these one stars at least, in my opinion.
