I am forever greatful for Dr. Schoch & Dr. Contreras for helping my son Erick with Alopecia Universalis. We went to a lot of doctors before to find out what was going on with him, until we finally found Dr. Schoch it took her less than 2mins to tell me exacly what was going on with my son. She gave us hope, but the most important she told us the truth about what options he had to have a normal life. They both are the best doctors and we are forever thankful to have them in our life. I wish we can have them forever to treat Erick. What they do for their patients make the difference in our life. Thank you again doctors.

Had a bad experience with receptionist. Told her I need to use a restroom. Instead of giving 3to 5 min buffer time. She called the patient after me. And made me wait over an hour for my appointment. Very disappointed with such unprofessional and unethical way of accommodating patients. My appointment was at 3:10 and I am here still waiting for my turn at 4:19 PM.

Dr. Taylor Gray is outstanding. She took the time to listen and advise. She is soft spoken and kind. I appreciate her expertise. Her staff is very welcoming as well. Thank you.

Good Doctor/Nurses, But the Office is Managed Terribly. Poorly organized, supplies are limited for surgical procedures. Inadequate telephone system.

Dr Gray has been fantastic in assisting me with managing my HS I can tell she really cares. She is extremely responsive and acts quickly to help me deal with this terrible condition I am beyond grateful.
