UChicago Medicine at Ingalls Tinley Park

1/3/26. arrived at Ingalls Tinley Park with extreme abdominal pain (10). Doctor and nurse quick took me in the exam room for a initial exam than necessary test and completed within minutes. Doctor returned with a full diagnosis of my situation and explained exactly what was needed for my recovery. He had already confirm with the surgeon on duty at the hospital, making all arrangements. I was extremely impressed with all the Doctors,Nurse, and staff at Ingalls Tinley Park for all their expertise,professional, and knowledge. Strongly recommend their service when in need

We visited this urgent care recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff did not seem very friendly or welcoming, and it felt like our concerns were not taken seriously. When people come to urgent care, they are usually already stressed or worried, so kindness and professionalism really matter. I hope the management works on improving customer service and patient communication.

I went there at 2:30 am with my mom. I had a bad experience with one of the nurse before getting seen by the doctor. This nurse had the worst attitude ever, the way she talks patients is very bad and has to get addressed.

Worst place I have came to in my entire life…I came there for a sinus infection the ANP did not want to help and was telling my business to other medical staff that wasn’t assigned to me out to the point I can hear her in the room. she didn’t treat me for a sinus infection due to make Covid and influenza test came back negative. You came test someone for sinus infection you can only go by symptoms which I have. She dismissed and didn’t care to service me and mocked me constantly I would not come back to this place at all. Her name is Vanessa cambray and she is the worst np I have ever had to deal with and cooperate will be involved

Went in Christmas Eve 8pm the reception people were nice. The doctor and nurses were terrible I was the only patient there took them 4 hours to look at me the doctor act like she didn’t want take care of me. It was a complete waste of time still ended up going to the hospital be of her misdiagnosis
