I always take my children here. They are usually more than accommodating. I just had the worst pain of my life leading to urgent care and then to er. Urgent care sent pharmacy over; literally 12 phone calls later Michelle starts full on rage baiting a patient in pain by putting me on hold or using my reaction to rage baiting as a way to hang up on me; instead of figuring out a solution. I’m also frustrated because i’ve had 12 phone calls of nothing wasted time??? Michelle that I spoke with today who works front office can accommodate patients in pain needing help with a prescription. They will turn it into a chance to rage bait a reaction so they can hang up on and put you on hold. They don’t deserve a job. I have an ear infection, I've had them before. I know what I need to cure the infection and how much it costs. I don't have "a doctor" and hospital is not an option for many reasons. The local health clinic has a window in three weeks. So UC Health Urgent Care seems like my best option other than bribing a dentist for an antibiotic script. Too bad dentists are so darned honest. Of course parodical before treatment is billing and at which time I stated I would paying cash, you know the thing they want for services rendered? With half of the town having flu right now urgent cares are overwhelmed. My teenager caught the flu and unfortunately developed complications with regards to asthma and unrelenting ear pain. When we would go to another Urgent Care you could tell they were just frustrated and would give us the same speech about the flu. So it was hard to convey that It wasn't the flu we were there for, it was a complication. So when the ear pain was causing difficulty hearing I decided to try to the UC Health Urgent Care. I booked an online appointment and we only had a 10-minute wait. We saw the nurse practitioner, her name was Uyen and she was **amazing**. She actually listened and when there was no sign of infection in the ears she kept checking where the pain could be coming from and identified a sinus

My experience at the Orchards Urgent Care the day after Thanksgiving was totally awesome. The check-in process was swift and done graciously. The technician Stephanie and PA Mandy Hartman who saw me were professional, efficient and on top of what was needed to solve the terrible rash that had emerged on my right ankle. I was sent home with bacitracin to apply while a prescription for mupirocin was being filled at the pharmacy. I left the clinic feeling very confident that I would soon be well. Three days later, my rash has significantly improved and will soon be cleared up. My compliments for the skill and professionalism that they all displayed at my visit; I am impressed with everything at this clinic.

I received great and thorough care from the provider, Uyen! She was very helpful and courteous; and explained treatment to me very well! The staff was also wonderful! I would recommend this UC health facility to all my family and friends!
