From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I was done. My experience was so positive. The customer service from the staff and the doctor was outstanding. I felt like I knew Dr. Bial my whole life. Oral surgery can be scary, but with Dr. Bial, I wasn't scared at all. He put my mind at ease with his knowledge, so his amazing bedside manner was just the icing on the cake. What a great staff they have too, with both knowledge and kindness. Amazing.

I have had nothing but terrible experiences. Until now. From the front desk to the Dr I was shown nothing but hospitality and playful humor easing the tension of the procedure. Not only were they amazingly fast at getting me in, but were so upfront about EVERYTHING. I will not go anywhere else for any future dental needs and will only be referring as many people as I possibly can here. Thank you so much for completely changing my outlook on dentistry as a whole. My experiences with Doctor Bial and the entire staff at the Loveland office of Precision Oral Surgery was nothing short of extraordinary. Everyone that I encountered in the office was highly professional, but extremely friendly and inviting. The experience of having two teeth pulled, and then implants put in was unbelievable in my mind. Neither in the extractions of teeth or the placement of the implants there was but very minimal pain or swelling, and almost no bleeding following each procedure. I have never experienced such minimal post-op reaction to dental work. I have been truly amazed! The post-op instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow, which made recovery, simple, painless and quick. I was a new patient with very high anxiety. I was treated so kindly, thoughtfully and carefully! It was not a pleasant procedure, but they all made it the best it could possibly be! Specifically Mike and Dr. Bial, they gave me 150% and were so considerate to my anxiety! The ladies up front were all very kind and Bailey (sp?) was super nice and patient when explaining the different price quotes I requested! The office is nice, perfectly clean and comfortable. Everything was very organized and it all ran smoothly on the day of my procedure. Lastly, I was treated with respect and there was zero judgement made towards me and all of the problems in my mouth. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at this office, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Bial and his team Joanna, Mike and Karla were kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and the procedure itself was quick and smoother than I expected.
