UCHealth Pediatric Care - Loveland

My daughter made an appointment and took herself (she's 17) in to ask a couple questions about her health and update a prescription. Wanting to be independent I let her go and stayed by the phone. Needless to say they blew her off suggested we all just "save time " and wait 3 months to see our primary. Her prescription was never updated, paperwork never taken and they wanted to test her for things that arent even appropriate for the reason she was there. The front staff was incredibly rude and she left embarrassed and with much less confidence then she walked in with and super sad that she drove for 45 minutes so she could see a Dr. Im getting VM vibes all over again! We love Dr. Noffsinger! She truly cares about our baby, and she’s been invested in us since she met us in the hospital when our baby was a newborn. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions we have!

This place is so irritating. Probably fine if you never make a mistake. Avoid going here if you can. They don't set aside emergency appointments if your kid needs in same or next day which is a bummer but not a deal breaker. But what is the worst is that there is no communication. Our pediatrician quit or vanished, which sucked because he was awesome, but they just didn't tell us? They were supposed to call us to reschedule our appointments, I was told, but just never did. I called about something else and they told us when I checked about our upcoming appointments. They just said "oh there isn't a doctor now so you can't come then! So good thing I didn't show up. I rescheduled, rearranged my day but I was 10 minutes late (9ish, but who's counting) and they told us they couldn't see us. Ke

We had a really good visit.I completely trust them with care.My daughter was very comfortable.

Great office and appointment availability. Love that the system of record can communicate with other larger clinics and hospitals in the area.
