Horrible customer service, every single time I call or go in person. It’s always the same woman, the attitude and hanging up is so rude. If she’s going to give me an attitude expect it back. It’s called customer service for a reason. All I was asking is questions, it’s your job to help answer them. If you don’t know the answer I am more than happy to wait or get a callback.

I must agree with many reviewers' comments about disrespectful and rude staff and manager/?owner, Mark. Because so many describe remarkably similar experiences to my own, I believe them. I should have read the reviews before walking into the store. I stopped there, thinking I might use this pharmacy for my scripts, but I was immediately met with hostile, disrespectful, and rude staff. When Mark stepped in, he inflamed the situation. It is incredible that they can stay in business. I drive past the pharmacy regularly and notice that there are typically very few to no customer vehicles in the parking lot and drive-through. This is a good indication that this business has a significant problem.

No good service at all. Every time go to pick up my medication and my kids medication the order is never ready and I go 1h after the medication was sent and even that, last time I went 4h after medication was sent and was not ready either. I understand there is multiple people that need medication but such a long time to get it ready and this doesn't happen with others pharmacy. Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star to do the whole review but no even 1 star is deserved.

I appreciate the professionalism and service at USave North. It's not stressful when I need a refill; it just gets handled. Usave Pharmacy makes a good experience out of what was the most stressful part of my treatment: dealing with the Pharmacy. Thank you Usave!

I have been coming here for a long long time. My mom also used this pharmacy. Everyone that works there are so kind and do their best to get you your meds.
