I hardly ever have a smooth experience with them. There seems to always be some kind of issue with getting my prescriptions filled with them in a timely manner. Their customer service skills are also quite lacking. The ONLY perk to using them is that they deliver. Otherwise I might as well use Walmart.

I hope to deter you from ever considering using USAVEIT for anything but a quick medicine pickup. This USAVEIT's operating policy forbids voice, text or email communication with the customer. They all said the same thing when I asked about this: 1) we do not call the customer nor fill the prescription when we receive a new script from your doctor; 2) We do not call the customer when the prescription is ready; 3) We do not call the customer when the prescription is back ordered; 4) We do not call customer when insurance carrier requires a pre-authorization. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS MODEL IS THIS? How is this practical for the average customer? I tried a work-around- their smartphone app, but that doesn't even work! (AAAARGH!) This is just a horrible place to do business with April will lie to you in your face and try to down talk you in front of everyone that works there to make herself look good she doesn't relize in life what you put out finds it's way back to you in some form

These people were very rude to my aunt and refused to redeliver her medication unto three days later. Until they learn to respect the elderly, they shouldn't distribute medications at all. Moreover, the delivery service purely sucks... l refuse to support disrespectful businesses in the South Macon area. Thumbs down for u save pharmacy...uuuugh!!!
