Kind, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The office is so nice and clean and having coffee available in the waiting room was really appreciated. My granddaughter’s teeth are so much improved with the Invisalign and the staff was so encouraging for her to keep up her efforts.

My son received his Invisalign on 12/1/25. From the time that our dentist sent the referral, to the initial appointment and the fitting, the process was easy peasy and stress free. My husband FaceTime me and I got to meet the orthodontist, and see before and after simulation pictures of the final product! For those that fear the price of teeth straightening, the price and breakdown is beyond reasonable and affordable. I was really nervous about my son getting the Invisalign, but each and every one of my questions were answered with patience and a smile. And Spillers has obviously thought long and hard about how to accommodate their middle school students. I took my son here for screening and their tech and doc were great. The issues arise after I departed and attempted to contact them to book my son’s dental procedure. No one answers the phone—all automated so you must follow prompts and leave message. I called 3 times immediately after his appointment and had to leave message since no one answered. On second day no one contacted me so I called and yes, had to leave another message. I on the third day and I have yet to be contacted.

The office was clean and my assistant was knowledgeable, attentive and caring. She explained the process to me thoroughly and made frequent checks during the procedure to ensure I was doing ok! Great team work!!

We live up near Atlanta and we decided quality care was our bigger priority and would be worth the drive. They have not disappointed. I absolutely recommend Spillers to everyone!
