Everyone in the pharmacy is extremely helpful and kind. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them. They always have my medication in stock when other pharmacies don’t.

Please don’t use this pharmacy!! My son’s antibiotic was mis-filled here and the situation was handled very poorly. He did ingest the incorrect dosage and therefore I will be making a formal complaint but the pharmacist on duty basically fixed it and said here you go. No counseling on what I should be looking out for, used the words “well it’s just this drug” acting as if it wasn’t important only after I myself started asking questions. Didn’t address any of my concerns or suggest any solution to make this stressful situation right. Very disappointing!

I am absolutely appalled by the consistently dreadful attitude of the pharmacist and pharmacy technician, Kim, at this location. It's beyond frustrating; it's genuinely infuriating. No matter how patient or polite I, or anyone else, tries to be, she responds with an utterly contemptible demeanor. I've not only personally experienced her rude and dismissive behavior, but I've also witnessed her being incredibly short-tempered and downright insensitive with other customers – including elderly individuals who deserve nothing but respect and understanding. Her lack of professionalism and basic human decency is truly shocking. Frankly, her blatant disrespect towards me, my wife, and every other person I've seen her interact with is making me seriously consider taking my business elsewhere. It's

Incompetent personnel working in their billing department be cautious.

I always have great service from University of Utah pharmacies. I used to pick up from the Sugarhouse location and they are incredible with great customer service but now the Westridge location is closer to my house so I have been going there. They are so helpful and accommodating when they can be. I have been a customer for many years now and won’t go anywhere else if I can avoid it.
