Awful. I wholeheartedly do not recommend them. I selected a doctor there because I was having a very hard time getting a primary physician a few years ago. I didn’t find him helpful but I stayed with him because of the difficulty in getting in elsewhere. Recently the office said they wouldn’t continue prescribing allergy medication for me because I hadn’t been to see the doctor in a couple years. I was between insurance and asked them to wait a month and bridge my meds until my new job started. They gave me a hard time about it, but after multiple discussions they finally agreed. Once I had my new insurance I booked and I went for an annual physical. They billed me for two kinds of visits because I wanted to talk about my health since I saw the doctor last. I was charged for an office visit when I made my visit for the preventative visit. So be careful even before you open your mouth at this facility else they will charge you twice

Not very different from any other healthcare institution. Simply there to make a profit while all else is second/third... priority. Very confusing and expensive beyond reasoning for an average American.
