I’ve been going to Tyre Physical Therapy for almost 5 months, and they’ve been amazing! I first went in for left knee pain, which Dr. Zeger diagnosed as hamstring tendinopathy. Within a couple of weeks of targeted strength work, the pain was gone, but he didn’t stop there. As new issues popped up on my right side, he’s been working with me to address that as well. What really stands out is how much time he takes to educate me, not just about exercises, but about nutrition, recovery, and even things like tapering and metabolic adaptation (I learned that concept today :) . As I prepare for an upcoming race, he’s helped me build strength and understand the “why” behind every exercise and adjustment. Gregg was excellent. Went to this group routinely after I had surgery for ruptured bicep tendon for 2 months and then got released. Over a year later and back at full strength without any complications. Was back to deadlifting 2 months after the release. Total recovery time was around 5-6 months.

Josh Donahue and his team are exceptionally knowledgeable in their assessment of your condition and help plan your rehabilitation around your needs. It is definitely tailored service for the individual and not just a general do-it-yourself thing which is nice.

Gregg Inocencio was a great sports physical therapist to my 16-year-old son. A few months after surgery to repair a torn labrum, my son was cleared to start working out, with the goal to return to playing middle linebacker on the football team. Gregg really worked him out and made his mobility and strength return in time for the season. We would highly recommend Gregg!
