I had no problems for union drug testing or the wait. It’s always the date and timing you come in for the drug testing. Staff were great to me and answered all questions I had.

Very unprofessional, given the wrong time arrived late to the appointment due to the discrepancy on their part. no accountability & not helpful.

Quick easy and convenient. In and out in 30minutes. Place Wasn’t busy. Went middle of the day on a Wednesday. Staff was very nice and clear on instructions. Can’t use phone in lobby waiting are so could use a tv on wall to pass the time.

My physical therapist were awesome. I had Luna and Amy. I had a strain on my back from work and these two awesome women helped me out so much got me back to work! I am grateful. Steve was awesome too I just didn't have him as therapist. I would recommend!

They get the job done, but waiting in a waiting room for an hour and a half just to get a union drug test, come on! Either get more bathrooms, or do your job faster, they treat you like cattle in there, customer experience 2/10
