Office and Dr Massey have been easy to work with and thorough in their attention to detail and care. We came here after a bad experience at Tyler Pediatric Dentistry(Dr Richie) and I feel like the transition was smooth and quick. The office is clean and comfortable. The dental assistants and office staff paid special attention to the small details of care and billing and it made me feel confident in the services they provide. And my kids love going to see Dr Massey!

Absolutely love this location! Great customer service and love the way they handled my children from the time we walked in until the time we left. Ladies at the front desk were very professional and nice. Dr. Tiffany and all of the other ladies were great! Best dental staff I’ve encountered. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely love this dentist office! They are so patient and nice. The techs take their time making the children comfortable and keep the parents involved as much as possible.

Terrible experience as a new patient. We arrived 30 minutes before the appointment for our 1 year old to fill out paperwork. The office was open, but everyone was out to lunch until 2pm. We filled out the new paperwork and turned it in. After waiting a little while longer a family with two older kids came in. They were filling out their paperwork, but were then called back while we were still in the waiting room...then a family came in with two children older than our 1 year old. They also got sat in the dentist chairs before we did. Making a nervous 1 year old wait over an hour to be seen while taking back 4 older kids before us was a terrible experience. Poorly ran dentist office.

Have been here twice for toddler check-ups and both times all people involved have been so kind and patient, talking through every step and taking their time for my anxious 3 year old. The experience was very smooth and everyone from receptionist to x-ray tech to hygienist and dentist seem to genuinely care about their young patients. Not one person made us feel unwelcome or rushed.
