I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The staff displayed a complete lack of competence and professionalism, making me question their qualifications. When I tried to set up an appointment, they attempted to fault me for mistakenly scheduling with a dentist instead of an orthodontist, despite my clear explanation of my needs. Additionally, the chair I sat in while waiting was in terrible condition, with exposed wires, dust, and broken parts, raising serious safety concerns. To top it off, the staff were horsing around and what appeared to be flirting with each other, which was incredibly unprofessional and distracting. The front desk staff were not only rude but also seemed unable to help with even the simplest inquiries. This left me feeling neglected and undervalue

Two Rivers Orthodontics was a great choice for me for my 2 daughters. With my first daughter, we signed the contract and paid in full. Unfortunately, she needed 2 phases of braces. When the first phase was over, they asked for payment for the second phase. I said I paid in full and they asked for copies of my paperwork. When I came back with my paperwork, they apologized and said they changed filing/computer systems. They didn’t ask for any more money but they had me sign another contract. It was frustrating in the moment, but they held true on their end. With any big transaction, save your paperwork. For my second daughter, the doctor is the same but there is a new front office lady named Amy. She has called me in advance and has explained every detail of what I should expect at

Dr. Li along with all of his staff ( Abe, Maribel, Fifi, too many to mention) are awesome! They are very professional and friendly. My son saw Dr. Li for braces and he definitely knows what he is doing! They have the latest technology. If you are looking for a great orthodontist experience, I strongly recommend him. My son had his braces removed today and we are both very happy with the outcome.

I have been a patient at Gental dental for a bit over 4 years going on now, and I love the front desk staff and the dental staff! They are always in a cheerful mood. The front desk will even call the day before your appointment to remind you & work great around your schedule. Dr. Li has gave me such a confidence boost with how great my teeth are looking! I would definitely recommend this dentist office to friends & family 😊

I was very nervous before my appointment because of my TMJ and tooth sensitivity issues. Sometimes a cleaning can cause a lot of discomfort for me and increased sensitivity for several days afterwards, but the hygienist who helped me (Alma) was thorough while still being careful and gentle- I had no problem at all. Dr. Modi examined my X Rays and explained the treatments I needed, and she was so helpful and thoughtful with her suggestions to make procedures easier for me. I felt SO much better about my treatments afterwards! Now I’m not nervous at all. This is a fabulous practice and I absolutely recommend them.
