Maria was AWESOME!!!! She helped me find the best styles that fit and looked flattering AND the best price!! She was super patient with me as I went back and forth with my decision, and priced out a bunch of options. The was professional and kind! Had the opportunity to stop at For Eyes this afternoon for services with my glasses. Services received and prompness was excellent! The optometrist side of the store has always been excellent. The eye-exam system is efficient, accurate, and very professional. I truly appreciate the quality of care we’ve consistently received from the doctor. However, my recent experience with the staff who handle glasses and lenses was disappointing. Their attitude made me feel as if my questions were a burden. The interaction felt heavy, unwelcoming, and at times almost as though I was being pushed to go somewhere else. I have a high prescription with astigmatism and need progressive lenses. I had issues with my first choice of frame and lenses; couldn't see good-something was not right. The staff there has been so patient and have done whatever they can to make sure I'm happy and can see :) Elsa, Leslie are phenomenal .
