Twin lakes urgent Care

I went to this place with severe pain and was made to wait for over an hour, only for the doctor to tell me she couldn’t figure out what was wrong and to just go home with painkillers. Thankfully, I decided to go to the emergency room because the pain was unbearable, and I was diagnosed with peritonitis. ER staff told me that if I had waited longer, it could have become very serious. It is very concerning that I was sent home without proper guidance while in that level of pain. I also ended up paying around $200 and received no real help. Overall, a really bad experience — save your money and go elsewhere.

I don’t usually do many reviews, but I went here for some help with ear pain and possible ear infections. Was helped by a wonderful lady and then I believe the main doctor was Monica. Outstanding service and thank you!

Unbelievable. Needed help so badly and couldn’t get past the front desk with BS questions about my insurance. Absolute disaster I have to go somewhere else and I’m sick as a dog. I absolutely hate you.

This is the best urgent care around. Professional and kind staff. Never have to wait long and the doctors are great.

They really need to change the hours listed!!! I came here at 5:20pm to be seen and two people in the front just looking at me trying to get in instead of saying they’re closed !!!! Says 8pm online !!! Horrible customer service !!
