Twin Cities Orthopedics with Urgent Care Eden Prairie

I had a PRP injection at Twin Cities Orthopedics that cost $900 out of pocket. Unfortunately, I did not experience any improvement in my symptoms after the procedure. When I contacted the office to ask about options given the lack of benefit, I was informed that they do not offer refunds for medical care, and the only option provided was to schedule another appointment. I understand that medical treatments don’t come with guarantees, but given the high out-of-pocket cost, I would have appreciated clearer expectations up front or some form of flexibility when the treatment did not help. Posting this so other patients considering PRP can go in with realistic expectations about both outcomes and financial policies.

Care, surgical parts have been excellent. The paperwork required for my std has been an issue. I received one payment and then it was stopped because they didn't have the required paperwork. Hopefully it's all taken care of.

I called in to this office and ask if an Orthepedic clinic was the correct type of care to treat a shin splint. During my call I explicitly asked if PT or Orthopedic care was more appropriate. I was told they treat shin splints so I made an appointment. However, Dr. Lapadre only did diagnostic care and referred me to PT and then charged me $358. Be careful what you are making an appointment for and if something seems off during the appointment, be sure to bring it up immediately with the doctor and demand what you were told you'd receive. I will not return to any TCO office again due to the misdirection of appointment staff. The actions and misleading information make it seem like this clinic is driving volume to try to bill as much as possible rather than provide accurate and quality care

Twin Cities Orthopedics Eden Prairie location is great. Dr. Szalapski is our doctor for my son's treatment for a broken bone. He listens and makes recommendations for continuing care.

They were wonderful and attentive and had wise advice for me and gave me great care!
