I just moved my parents to MN from SD and needed to re-establish care for my mother's hearing aids. I made a few calls to other locations prior to connecting with Hear Today. Immediately, this place felt different than the others over the phone. Theresa was friendly and understanding of our urgency as a new patient. We got in the next day! Dr Benson was equally as friendly. My mother felt very comfortable, as did I for her. She was patient, kind, and spoke on a level that my mother could track. Thank you for a great visit. We have found our new home for hearing assistance for sure!

This was an appointment for new hearing aids. Dr Benson is knowledgeable and was so patient with questions and educating my husband and me on his particular hearing loss. I have been a hearing aid user for several years and have learned how important it is to work with a hearing aid specialist to get the best audio quality from my hearing aids. It takes time, multiple tweaks and a specialist who is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve that. The people at Hear Today - Beth, Katie and Theresa are professionals who are committed to making sure their clients get the best results possible from their devices. Yes, it is more expensive than going to Costco or other big box retailers, but great customer care and the opportunity to test different brands and styles is worth the extra cost for me.

Dr. Benson, Hear Today audiologist, completed a very thorough audiological examination and follow-up consultation. Over many years, while living in Washington State and now Minnesota, I have been to different Hearing Clinics and used different prescription hearing aids. I am 100% happy with the outstanding Hear Today professional services and the prescribed hearing aids. Wow, a wonderful difference in being able to clear hear/communicate with others while in various situations and places.
