Zero stars. Run away, run away. I have nothing good to say about this place. Never saw the doctor, just the assistant. Took an MRI, saw assistant, not the doctor, again who said nothing was wrong. 3rd session of PT, I was much much worse. PT looked at MRI results and said I should have never been sent to PT with the tear that I had. Be prepared to get really comfortable in the waiting room - they take forever and there is no cell phone connection. Billing has been outsourced is a handled very... unprofessionally. Evidently, somewhere along the way, it became okay to send bills via SMS text messages. Prices seem extremely high and I have very good insurance. Now I'm trying to get records transferred to another system to get this dealt with and that has been outsourced, too - no answer

Be very cautious about their diagnosis! We brought our son in for a foot injury he incurred during football. They took an x-ray and diagnosed him with a buckle fracture and estimated a 6–8-week recovery period and issued him a boot to wear during that time. Spoke very briefly with the PA, Dr. Heath Renner, who made the diagnosis. We returned for a follow-on check-up two weeks later. My son was not experiencing pain any longer in the foot. Dr. Ridley examined my son's foot and declared him good to go (without doing a subsequent x-ray). This is very questionable - fully healed fracture after only two weeks?? I provided the copy of the original x-ray to an acquaintance who is an X-Ray Tech and they indicated that they could not detect the buckle fracture that Dr. Renner originally diagnosed.

Originally I had surgery for carpel tunnel on both hands in 2015. Due to minimal relief, in 2022 I had a revision open carpel tunnel on the left and ulnar nerve impingement on the left. Due to minimal relief I decided to go to TCO and see Dr. Nishant Dwivedi In 2025 I had a revision carpel tunnel on my left hand (third surgery) and had a wonderful outcome. Five weeks later I had a revision carpel tunnel and ulnar nerve decompression on the right hand (second surgery). Again I had a wonderful outcome. Dr. Dwivedi has been one of the most knowledgeable and caring physician I have ever met. The entire TCO staff/physical therapy have been outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Dwivedi for any hand or upper extremity issue you have. They made you fell like part of the TCO family.

My son is being seen here. Every TCO i have been to in the Mpls, St Paul area has been excellent in everything they do. Top Notch

Rating poorly due to the billing experience. A minor wrist buckle fracture resulted in $1,174 in charges for X-rays, a brace, and a very brief follow-up appointment that we did not feel was necessary. I understand the healthcare system is complex, and we did pay a significant portion of these fees out of pocket. I questioned one specific charge: a $100 fee for the wrist brace, which our insurance denied. I was not asking for the fee to be removed, only whether it could be reduced to better reflect the cost of the brace and the minimal time required to apply it. The same product is available for less than $24 online. I was given different timelines for a response and ultimately had to follow up multiple times over several weeks before receiving an answer. No adjustment was offered. While
