Optimize Physical Therapy and Elite Sports Performance

I went in after having a pretty bad back injury in April and fought through the golf swing all summer. I had constant hip and lower back stiffness pretty much 24/7. I was referred to Anthony by a friend and within 2-3 sessions the daily stiffness and hurting was gone doing the dry needling and targeted exercises. After a total of 5 sessions I had way more movement in my swing and picked up the 30 yards off the tee that I had lost. I am back to the speed training and feeling much better. I have a ways to go to get back to 100% but I feel so much better than I did prior to seeing him. I am continuing my PT throughout the winter to continue to get stronger and not regress, but I would highly recommend.
