Central Avenue Dental Care

Great front desk staff who are knowledgeable in dentistry as well as helpful to make scheduling and paperwork easy. They are flexible on rescheduling or if need be, squeezing you in for an emergency. The dental assistants, hygienists and doctors are kind, patient, empathetic and gentle. Overall fantastic experience at Central Avenue Dental Care. I highly recommend for those reasons. With that being said, it seems the word “crown” comes up frequently and I’m looking at 4 of them they recommended in just a matter of months. I do plan on getting a second opinion.

I can’t say enough good things about Central Avenue Dental Care. The staff made me feel so comfortable — it truly felt like being with friends. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and made sure I felt safe throughout the visit. The office was clean, bright, and inviting. A special shoutout to my dental assistant, Sandy, who was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a dental office that actually makes you feel relaxed and cared for, this is the place.

Had a great visit at Central Avenue Dental Care! The staff is extremely friendly and made me feel welcome through the whole visit. The dentist was gentle, thorough and took time to explain treatment options. Sandy, the dental hygienist did a great job and explained to me what she was doing, which I appreciated! I would not recommend this office. I have been with them since before they moved locations and the quality of care has decreased significantly. I feel I was taken advantage of, I have not had a cavity before so when I was told I had 3 pre-cavity spots, I proceeded with a $360 same day remineralizing treatment. I was told about these spots before the dentist had examined my teeth and my X-Rays were from a previous appointment. It confused me as to why the spots wouldn’t have been brought up when the X-Rays were taken originally. Shortly after, I got a second opinion from another practice, based on the same X-Rays, and they stated they could appreciate only one spot to watch but that they would not recommend treatment. I have had anxiety at dental offices as long as I can remember! This clinic makes sure that I am comfortable and in control when I am there. Huge shoutout to Jolynn! She talks me calmly through the visit and makes it so comfortable and light. Such a caring person to have by your side during “white coat syndrome.”
