I am writing this to warn other military families and expectant mothers about the lack of patient care and administrative competence at Twiilight Dental. I was a patient here, but recently had an experience that forced me to find a new provider. I arrived for a cleaning that I had confirmed via text the weekend prior. Despite the confirmation and my commute, I was told my insurance hadn't been 'verified 24 hours in advance' because an online link they sent had expired. I was never informed of this 24-hour rule during scheduling or in the texts leading up to the appointment. I explained that I was pregnant and that the commute was significant, and I offered multiple solutions: I offered to call TRICARE myself in the lobby to verify my active coverage, and I even offered to leave a card on

Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Dr. Jason Bullock DMD is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. I have yet to have a bad experience here! My deep cleaning was very thorough! I can tell how much they care about their jobs and their patients! I have recommended this dentist to everyone I know it town. I especially love the late hours that are convenient with my work hours.

KeeKee, the dental hygienist, who assisted Dr. Bullock is the best!!! KeeKee has great bedside manners & made my visit pleasant even though I got a bridge removed! She even molded the temporary bridge! Please keep her at Twilight Dental on the weekends! - Dr. Danessa Thomas

I just love how welcomed I felt and let me tell you the staff was AMAZING, Friendly and Kind. I am a new patient and moved from Miami where you don’t see staff like this regularly! I was blown away with how they made this experience feel comfortable and affordable! So glad I chose them.
