KMC Family Care & Urgent Center is hands down one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had for my family. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this isn’t a place where you’re treated like just another number or rushed through an appointment. The entire staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about getting you better—not just checking boxes and moving on to the next patient. They take the time to really listen, explain what’s going on, and walk you through your options in a way that actually makes sense. You never feel rushed, dismissed, or talked down to. I have been a patient of Dr. Kumar for 3 years. He is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. During my last visit, he spent ample time answering my questions without making me feel rushed. The staff, especially Heaven, is very efficient, friendly and approachable. Shelby the receptionist is awesome. I rarely have to wait in the waiting room. Highly recommended for their compassionate care.

I am so glad and grateful that this urgent care and family practice are here. Not only is the location convenient but the staff is extremely helpful and courteous, the facilities are super clean and above all the care is excellent. Honestly they took better care of me than at the ER. When I am sick and have to go to urgent care I can easily follow up with Dr. Kumar and not have to do a pile of paperwork or explain everything over again, they know what's going on with me and keep track. There's plenty of parking, plenty of seating and going there is just a nice experience overall even when I am sick and miserable. They take great care of me.

Dr. Kumar is awesome. He has treated my mother and granddaughter recently. With my 94 year old mother, he was able to treat her pneumonia and keep her out of the hospital. We are very pleased.
