Security officer was rude and belittling. Overall unclear communication on policies and processes. Due to unexpected traffic I was 15 minutes late. I had called prior and was told I have a 15 minute grace period and after that it would be up to the doctor. When I walked in at 9:15 exact, the security guard kept saying “you’re late, you’re really late, so.” (He went on with a judgmental and aggressive tone). To which I explained that I called prior and was told to come anyway and see what happens. He held us up for an additional 2 minutes so when I made it upstairs it was 9:17, to which I was told it was already marked as a no show, so per policy we’d have to leave. Called to make an appointment at radiology and was met with someone on the other end of the phone who was belligerent and rude to me, kept asking me to give her information I had already told her I don’t have, and was dismissive. She hung up on me when I was mid question about how we could find the information. Wildly unprofessional.

I took my dad here to get a shoulder surgery and the waiting facility was clean, and everything was set up so all of us waiting were socially distanced. The staff was friendly and my father got out of surgery in once piece. Couldn't be happier.

An excellent experience at the surgical center. Love the Vallet parking. All the nurse and doctors were really kind and put alot of my anxiety to ease. Dr. Rosenstein is a great ENT and I highly recomend him. The care team before and after surgery was excellent. Could not have asked for a better surgical experience.

Parking: valet is available at the 1840 building for $10-15. Or, you can park a block away in the South Street parking garage at the 1740 building for $4-11.
